Is there a laundry service at the hotel?Yes. We have a laundry service with a minimum delivery of 24 hours.
Is there urban transport from the hotel?There is a bus stop only 100 metres away from the hotel. You can also make use of a private transfer or taxi service.
What time is check-in and check-out?The official check-in time is 3 pm, although if your room is available beforehand you may be able to check-in earlier. Rooms must be vacated by 12 noon.
Does the hotel have WiFi? Is it free or do I need to pay?The hotel has WiFi available for free in reception or for a fee in rooms and communal areas. Consult reception for access.
Is there an indoor or outdoor car park?The hotel does not have a car park. The nearest car park is Parking Avenida Sofia (800 m).
What is a Non-Refundable Rate/Promotion?These are rates that must be paid for when the booking is confirmed using the credit card details provided. Modifications or cancellations are not possible. Once the booking is confirmed no amount will be returned.
Does the hotel have a swimming pool? Is there a towel service?The hotel has a garden with two swimming pools. It also offers sunbeds, sunshades and free lilos. Pool towels are available for free, subject to the payment of a deposit.
When do I need to pay for my booking?When booking on this website you will be asked for credit card details as a guarantee. You will not be charged when making your booking. Payment is to be made directly at the hotel, with the exception of Non-Refundable rates or offers.
Are pets permitted?We are sorry but no animals are permitted at this hotel.
Can I check-out later than 12 noon?Yes. You may choose to pay extra for late check-out (subject to availability). Please ask reception.
